Green tea soothes both the body and the soul.

Green tea has been linked to weight loss. It is particularly effective in burning abdominal fat. People who consume green tea tend to have lower risk of chronic ailments including heart disease, Type II diabetes, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.

A study by Atsushi Hozawa consisting of Japanese individuals found that approximately 6.6% were victims of psychological stress. However, this number was significantly lower among green tea drinkers, suggesting that green tea can actually improve one’s psychological health.

It is a natural, organic way to de-stress and rejuvenate the body.

Green tea is less processed and therefore carries more nutrients, antioxidants and phytochemicals than black tea.
